Service Dress, Blue Service and the maternity uniforms
The USAF Engraved Plastic Name Tag is worn on the long-sleeve and short-sleeve Service Dress (Class A) uniform and on the Blue Service (Class B) uniform. It is also worn on the Maternity Dress uniform and on the Long-Sleeve Maternity blouse.
